    We accept in-store cash, credit card payments Online/or in some store and cash on delivery If you purchase online Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of goods.
    We can accept for in-store only a 30% deposit on your purchase with the full balance to be paid before delivery.

  • Do you sell spare parts?
    Yes we do – please contact your nearest store to advise on the availability of the part you need. If we don’t have it immediately in stock we’ll endeavour to source it as soon as possible.
  • Who should I talk to if something goes wrong with my appliance?
    If an appliance you have bought from us requires a service – either in or out of warranty, you can call our After Sales Service Department.

    No – we don’t. Ultimately, that is the responsibility of professional designers and architects. However, we are able to work closely with those professionals to find the perfect appliances for their design specifications
